Fill out the form and submit. Upon receiving your request, availability for the specific date and time will be confirmed. 

Once confirmed, please see e-mail attachment to fill out and sign the contract. To solidify date and time all couples are required to make a $50.00 deposit. All payments can be made via cash, personal check or Venmo. Once deposit is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail that everything is solidified.

For those packages with pre-ceremony meetings, couples are to reach out about 3 to 4 months prior to the big day to schedule an in person or video/phone call meeting.
