Fill out the form and submit. Upon receiving your request, availability for the specific date and time will be confirmed. 

 

Once confirmed, please see email attachment to fill out and sign the contract. To solidify a wedding date and time all couples are required to make a $75.00 deposit. All payments can be made via cash, personal check or Venmo. Once deposit is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail that everything is solidified.

For those packages with pre-ceremony meetings, couples are to reach out about 3 to 4 months prior to the big day to schedule an in person or video/phone call meeting.
